Bestdish Bestdish - Let me explain that I have had Dish Network since about 1996, and have been extremely pleased with the Dish Network system and Dish Network service. We switched over from cable when we finally got tired of all of the outages, and terrible service that cable was riddled with. When we switched, we bought our own Dish Network receivers and dish, and I installed it myself. Bestdish - Dish Network DVR (Digital Video Recorder) is a receiver that replaces your 'cable' box. It has the ability to record programs (like a VCR), pause and rewind live TV, skip through commercials, and 1 touch program recording. This is very similar to TIVO, but DISH Network doesn't have a monthly charge for this 'DVR feature' (I still can't figure out why TIVO charges a monthly fee). Bestdish Bestdish - The Guide Bestdish - One of the neat things about it is that you can watch TV (in the upper-right) and view what else is on TV.
